The time required for a translation depends on the type of document, length, complexity, and certification requirements. Below is a general guideline for estimated delivery times.
Standard Delivery Times
A. Short Documents (1-2 pages) – up to 3 days

Urgent / Express Translation
Need a translation urgently? Express service within 24 hours may be available for an 80% additional fee, depending on document type and volume. Please contact in advance to check availability.
If your official document needs legalization, the process of certifying the translation will take additional time.
Document Format & Delivery Method
Documents for translation should be sent by email to translations.ivanov@gmail.com.
Most official documents intended for use abroad require an apostille. For more information, please refer to the Step-by-step guide. The apostille must also be translated, so please obtain it before sending your documents for translation.
For non-official documents, the translation is delivered digitally as a PDF file via email. If a printed copy is required, it can be sent by post (postage fees apply).
For official documents requiring legalization (such as birth and marriage certificates, academic records, and legal documents), the original document (with the apostille attached, if required) must be sent by post to the following address:
