1. ✅ Document Adaptation for Bulgaria
Ideal for those who will travel to Bulgaria and submit the documents in person.

Price: ¥9,850
Includes: Apostille, Translation, Certification, All Fees, Postage
Required: Original certificate, passport copy, address in Japan
Flow: You receive a letter pack with an application form. Send it back with your signed form and the original certificate. Once processed, you receive the ready document by post.
Processing time: about 2-3 weeks

2. ✍️ With Power of Attorney
Suitable for those who will not travel to Bulgaria but have a trusted relative or friend who can submit the documents on their behalf.

Package price: ¥14,850
Includes: Same as above + preparation of a Power of Attorney
Required: Original certificate, passport copy, address in Japan
Flow: Same as above, but once the documents are ready, you must visit the Bulgarian Embassy to sign the PoA and receive your documents.
Processing time: about 2-3 weeks

3. 🌍 Full Registration in Bulgaria
Perfect for those who don’t have — or don’t want to rely on — acquaintances in Bulgaria, and prefer to have the entire procedure handled by a professional.

Includes: Everything above + registration of the act in Bulgaria + Bulgarian certificate sent to you in Japan
Required: Original certificate, passport copy, Japanese and Bulgarian address. Embassy visit required for PoA.
Flow: Same as above. Once the registration is completed in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian certificate is sent to you in Japan.
Processing time: about 1-2 month

Required: Original diploma & transcript, passport copy, address in Japan
Flow: You receive a letter pack. Send it back with the originals and receive the ready set for use outside Japan.

2. 🏛️ Full Recognition in Bulgaria
Many institutions in Bulgaria require foreign diplomas to be recognized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education in order to ensure that the education obtained abroad is equivalent to the Bulgarian educational system. Suitable for those who do not plan to travel to Bulgaria for the submission of documents.

Package price: ¥65,700
Includes: Everything above + Power of Attorney + recognition processing in Bulgaria + sending to the receiving institution
Required: Original diploma & transcript, passport copy, address in Japan, additional documents if necessary. Embassy visit required for PoA.
Flow: After sending the documents and signing the PoA, we complete the recognition process and send the set to your desired institution.
Processing time: about 2-3 months

3. 🎯 University Application Support
Planning to study in Bulgaria for the first time? This package takes care of the entire application process and helps you prepare for your move.

Package price: ¥99,200
Includes: All of the above + preparation and submission of the required documents for university entry + visa application support + assistance with finding accommodation
Required: Original diploma & transcript, passport copy, address in Japan, additional documents if necessary. Embassy visit required for PoA.
Flow: Same as above. We also advise on and support your university application process.
Processing time: about 2-4 months

* All documents must be issued within the last 3 months.
* If academic records exceed one page, a fee of ¥4,400 is charged for each additional page.
* For private schools, a double verification procedure is required instead of an apostille, and a consular authentication fee of ¥3,300 will be charged per document, in addition to other fees.
* If you complete the apostille procedure yourself, a discount of ¥2,000 will apply.
